In partnership with a high-end residential development, this project delivered custom-sized planters designed specifically for ground-level units with private courtyards. Each planter was engineered with precise drainage placement and built for long-term durability to support the landscape architect’s curated greenery.

With several hundred residences involved, the project required meticulous coordination and logistics, including detailed, door-to-door delivery within an active construction site. The result is a seamless integration of function and design—enhancing each private outdoor space with tailored, high-quality solutions.

We partnered with one of the world's largest commercial real estate and property management firms on a four-building refurbishment. For the project, we designed 17 custom mats — each shaped and sized to its space, with inlaid logos and our ADA-compliant, high-profile edging. Our professional installers then cut in, shaped, and seamed every mat on site for a precise, finished fit. The result was a refreshed, high-end look across the entryways and common areas.
